We went to the zoo for breakfast with the Easter Bunny.
We got cool hats and tasty treats.
I love Bradley’s face in this one.
Deric is still in awe of the big fish tanks.

We jumped in to see Nanna and Nonno for the day.
Main reason to go in was to do a puzzle with them to show them how good Bradley is.
A Dad, his two boys, and a beagle named Ruby – sounds like a recipe for paradise!
Hanging with B and Ruby.
Get me away from this crazy woman!

We had two parties this year, one on his actual birthday with just us and one for the whole family.
Care to guess what color icing was on the home cake?
The welcome banner.
Some icing inadvertently made it’s way into Bradley’s ear here.

We had our first (of many) trips to the zoo, great day all around. Deric watched the fish in the big tank for a long time and Bradley was just excited because we let him walk beside us without holding our hands for the first time.

This is probably the last post before Deric hits the big 0-1. Happy Birthday Buddy, we love you!

Bradley had an itch to go to the museum last weekend.
Started out in a terribly cool maze.
I wish this pictures wasn’t so blurry – it is one of my favorites – Bradley very rarely actually poses for a photo.
So Bradley is just sitting in this room watching a movie and this little girl strolls in and sits right on top of him. Bradley’s first move was to shift as far away as possible and then he finally just looked up at me and said that he wanted to leave.
“Can’t wait to get my hands on that elephant ear right there!”
He is really into cacti right now for some reason, we have to get him one – as many times as we’ve been to the museum, this is the first time he ever wanted to go into the plant section.
