Christmas 2009 finally came.

We start off with the mess of magic dust and thank you letter Santa left Bradley.

Lest you think the boys didn’t have matching pajamas.

Which one should I open next?

The Mouse-ke-TAG game was a big hit.

One of our two favorite presents with a bow on top.

As any parent would agree, the best thing to get a baby is wrapping paper and bows!

Merry Christmas everyone.

We gave Bradley our old laptop, and he’s getting so good that I think we’re going to have to get him a new one that can keep up with him!

This marked the first time we gave Deric any type of hard food – of course he’ll put just about everything in his mouth except food!

And here they are climbing all over their mother.

And of course, we still have the infamous “ball bin”.

We had the first meaningful snow of the year luckily fall on a Friday night, so Saturday and Sunday were all about being outside.

We went to the zoo for the annual “Breakfast with Santa” shindig and ended up hanging out with a big polar bear and shark most of the morning.

First the shark, who sat down beside Bradley for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Deric slept through about the first half of the show.

And now the polar bear – that had some type of crush on Mommy.

A zoo teacher came out and showed us some cute animals, I love this shot of Daddy and Bradley’s excitement when she brought out one of Bradley’s favorite animals, the great horned owl.

Oh, Santa was there too.

We hit the zoo afterward and for some reason both of the boy’s were drawn to the penguins, which we normally whiz right by.

This marked the first time we had the boys in the tub together – might not do it again for quite a while!

As we gear up for another Christmas Season, we decided yet again to go with the small tree and minimize the decorations in order to minimize our efforts at chasing little kids around all day.
