Bradley recently had an art class at the Art Museum and we went around looking at all the animal art and then drew some of our own.
The funniest part of the whole thing was at the beginning the kids had to draw their favorite animal. Of the 12 kids, there was 8 dogs, 3 cats, and 1 octopus – want to guess who drew the octopus??!!

The pictures didn’t come out very good, but we wanted to document your first swimming lessons. Deric is a water animal and was all too happy to go under water and swim around. Bradley is a little more hesitant but still did great and was rewarded with a chocolate shake on the ride home.

Not sure if I’d call it music, but the boys can certainly make a lot of noise. I guess it is music to our ears anyway.

On opposite ends of the spectrum – wide awake and fast asleep.

Deric thought he was finally big enough to tackle the big red chair, but Big Brother Bradley had to step in and help.
Let go of my foot Dad, I can do this!

See – I told you.

Oh boy, maybe not.

This Big Brother of mine is alright!

Enough of this, onto the next challenge.

We wondered where all our blueberries got to – turns out Spider-Man ate them all!

The day has finally arrived.
To show how big this day is on our street, let’s start off with a view from our front porch.

Our little monsters.

We were the first ones to hit the streets.

We managed to slow the gang down long enough for a quick picture.

Tallying up our take.

Let’s not forget Mommy’s birthday either!

Deric slept through the entire thing.

Bradley was the only kid in the entire school that had a treat bag with him – not sure if we’re proud of that yet or not.

Deric’s days of belly time are (somewhat sadly) rapidly drawing to a close, so Bradley wanted to make sure he had a part of it.
